How do I create an account? Open the app and sign up with your email. If your organization invited you, use the join code or link they provided.
I'm an organizer — how do I run an event? Sign in, create your organization or program, then set up an event and invite participants. Email us if you'd like a walkthrough.
How are children's identities protected? On public displays, participants are shown by a self-chosen display name and/or participant number — never their full legal name.
How do I reset my password? Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, or email us for help.
